We’re looking for energetic, committed and confident self- employed coaches to lead a range of children’s activities — including football parties, holiday camps and weekly sessions — while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.
Job Responsibility:
Lead fun, engaging and age-appropriate football sessions for children
Create a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all participants
Support with events such as birthday parties, holiday camps and community programmes
Deliver outstanding customer service to children, parents and visitors
Ensure all Health & Safety, safeguarding and venue standards are met at all times
Requirements:
To work afternoons, evenings, weekends as well as during school holidays
A valid Enhanced DBS check is required for this role
FA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
Have knowledge an understanding of child development and be sensitive to children’s needs
Ability to engage, motivate and support children of varying ages
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
Basic First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one)
