Job Description:

We’re looking for energetic, committed and confident self- employed coaches to lead a range of children’s activities — including football parties, holiday camps and weekly sessions — while delivering an exceptional customer experience every time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead fun, engaging and age-appropriate football sessions for children
  • Create a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all participants
  • Support with events such as birthday parties, holiday camps and community programmes
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to children, parents and visitors
  • Ensure all Health & Safety, safeguarding and venue standards are met at all times

Requirements:

  • To work afternoons, evenings, weekends as well as during school holidays
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check is required for this role
  • FA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities
  • Have knowledge an understanding of child development and be sensitive to children’s needs
  • Ability to engage, motivate and support children of varying ages
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Basic First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain one)
