Job Description:

This job is open to childcare-qualified individuals who live, and have the right to work in Tunisia. The positions are located in our TUI BLUE Hotel Manar (Hammamet).

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments
  • Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco
  • Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines
  • You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.

Requirements:

  • You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents/guardians
  • a recognized childcare qualification/education is mandatory
  • You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team
  • Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure
  • You are fully conversational in English, any additional languages are beneficial.
