Job Description:

As the Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) Manager at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, you will lead the daily operations, programming, and guest experience of the resort’s luxury children’s facility. Your role is to create a safe, fun, and enriching environment for young guests while upholding the exceptional standards of Four Seasons. With a strong passion for child development and innovative programming, you will design and deliver engaging activities that inspire and entertain. Your leadership, organizational skills, and warm approach will ensure a seamless experience for families, allowing parents to relax while their children are cared for with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the KFAS program, ensuring a safe, organized, and vibrant atmosphere for children
  • Develop, implement, and supervise age-appropriate recreational and educational activities aligned with Four Seasons’ service culture
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and their families
  • Interact with young guests in a caring, attentive, and fun manner, promoting the Four Seasons Golden Rule
  • Address child-related concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining open communication with parents
  • Lead, schedule, and train KFAS Attendants and seasonal staff
  • Create a positive and collaborative work environment for the team
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and service protocols
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for the KFAS department
  • Ensure compliance with child safety, hygiene, and health standards in line with resort policies and local regulations
  • Monitor equipment and materials for proper sanitation and maintenance
  • Manage inventory of KFAS supplies, toys, and activity materials
  • Maintain accurate records for child attendance, incident reports, and daily programming
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of excellence in all guest interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest needs and programming logistics
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of the KFAS experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in luxury childcare, hospitality, or recreation
  • Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with children and families
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic and additional languages are a plus
  • First Aid and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
