Kids For All Seasons Attendant

• Welcome children and families warmly, creating a fun, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere
• Lead and assist with activities such as games, crafts, storytelling, outdoor play, and cultural experiences tailored to various age groups
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety, well-being, and enjoyment
• Act as a positive role model and representative of the Four Seasons values in every interaction
• Ensure the kids' facility is always clean, organized, and properly stocked with toys, games, and materials
• Follow all child safety and hygiene protocols, including sanitization, headcounts, and first aid procedures
• Promptly report any incidents, concerns, or equipment issues to the KFAS Supervisor or management
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with parents or guardians regarding program details, child needs, and safety updates
• Provide thoughtful touches and attentive service that reflect the Four Seasons standard of care
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and creative planning for upcoming programs

• Previous experience working with children in hospitality, education, childcare, or recreation (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic with a passion for child development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient, caring, and attentive to individual child needs
• Fluent in English
• Arabic and other languages are a plus
• First Aid and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
