Job Description:

As the Kids For All Seasons Assistant Manager, you will assist the Recreation Manager in overseeing all Kids programs and daily operations of the Kids For All Seasons club. You will ensure a safe, fun, and enriching environment for young guests while leading the team to deliver creative activities and exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Recreation Manager in supervising and developing the Kids For All Seasons team
  • Oversee daily operations of the kids’ club, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high service standards
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities including games, crafts, and educational programs
  • Ensure all safety, child supervision, and emergency protocols are strictly followed
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and guardians to build trust and satisfaction
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and performance management of the team
  • Manage supplies, equipment, and resources for activities and maintain proper inventory
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with care and professionalism
  • Collaborate with the wider Recreation team to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in childcare, recreation, or hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of child development, recreational programming, and safety practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • CPR, First Aid, or childcare certification (preferred)
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a guest-focused approach
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
