Job Responsibility

  • Inspire and Coach: Lead engaging and dynamic classes for kids (approximately 12 per week)
  • Connect with Families: Build relationships with parents and members
  • Drive Sales: Use lead generation and marketing strategies to increase sales
  • Support Operations: Assist with light administrative tasks, including inventory management and communication

  • EpiPen Certified (Must be obtained and kept current)
  • Active participation in classes, including demonstrating exercises and providing corrections
  • Bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, balancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Aerobic activity and sustained physical exertion
  • High energy and enthusiasm
