Organize, monitor, and participate in daily activities (including: swimming, outdoor games and activities, arts and crafts) based on ages and skill level of children ensuring safety of children
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
Answer questions about Naples
Play a variety of sports and recreational activities
Retain accurate records: children in attendance, safety waivers, children’s birthdays and cards
Assist Instructors in room set up and break down
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience
Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification
Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
6 months of experience working with children in this age group preferred
