We have a rare opportunity to join our successful senior leadership team here at Vertu in a pivotal Regional Director role overseeing our Kia and Toyota dealerships throughout England. This reflects the structure we already have successfully in place in our Kia and Toyota Scotland dealers. This position is a great opportunity for a talented individual to join our Group in a role that provides real career development potential in two successful franchises that are a key part of our Group’s future growth strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting monthly and quarterly agendas for management teams
  • Driving daily, weekly, and monthly Sales & Aftersales performance
  • Leading operational reviews, best-practice workshops, and one-to-one sessions
  • Overseeing the implementation of new systems, processes, and change programmes
  • Regular travel across the dealership network to stay close to operations and influence outcomes directly
  • Developing talent within the division, enhancing the skills and capabilities of your managers through structured development plans

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in a similar role, ideally within a medium to large-scale franchise motor retailer
  • Proven track record in managing and implementing change
  • Ability to simplify strategic messages and embed new technologies and processes
