Requirements

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in luxury childcare, hospitality, or recreation
Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or related field preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with children and families
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Fluent in English
Arabic and additional languages are a plus
First Aid and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Responsibility

Oversee the daily operations of the KFAS program, ensuring a safe, organized, and vibrant atmosphere for children
Develop, implement, and supervise age-appropriate recreational and educational activities aligned with Four Seasons’ service culture
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children and their families
Interact with young guests in a caring, attentive, and fun manner, promoting the Four Seasons Golden Rule
Address child-related concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, maintaining open communication with parents
Lead, schedule, and train KFAS Attendants and seasonal staff
Create a positive and collaborative work environment for the team
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and service protocols
Act as the primary decision-maker for the KFAS department
Ensure compliance with child safety, hygiene, and health standards in line with resort policies and local regulations
