Job Description

We are seeking a trustworthy, energetic, and experienced Keyholder to join our team. As a Keyholder, you are the trusted 'manager on duty' during early mornings, or weekends. You will be responsible for opening and closing the coffee shop, managing security protocols, cash handling, and leading the team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality products.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience as a barista or in a retail leadership role
  • Extremely trustworthy and punctual
  • able to work independently
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic math for cash management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
  • Right to work in the UK
