Job Responsibility:
Key user for the PDL DC solution area (including ERP, WMS, Planning and SRM system), support central team with detailed process knowledge and communicate/train new functionality to DC network
Execution of daily Order Support tasks
Participate in process reviews
Provide input for potential process improvements
Support in change management
Support central project team in the development of the PDL template processes
Explain business requirements and provide business scenarios
Provide detailed process knowledge and local or legal requirements to the central team
Participate in system/process trainings
Plan, prepare and execute end user training
Be responsible for communicating and train local users in new functionality or process changes
Help with providing test cases and execute testing of new functionality when needed
First point of contact to support DC end-user
Raise, prioritize change requests in alignment with central teams and other DCs
Data management
Release and follow up on purchase orders
Developing and improving day to day customer/supplier relationships
Main point of contact for value added support for: Lead time improvements (Expedites, Emergency Breakdowns, Alt Supply chains)
Special order requirements, (Certificates, drop shipment, subcontracting etc)
Proactively handling and communication of deviations
Requirements:
Relevant experience and knowledge from the distribution centre
Open-minded and communicative
Curious and a desire to learn
Independent with high integrity
Knowledge of Alfa Laval’s products and organisation
Knowledge of Alfa Laval / Operations concepts and strategies
