Job Description:

We are looking for a Key User Planning to deliver insights on existing processes in the Planning function of the Factory / Function and bridge the knowledge gap towards end-users.

Job Responsibility:

Participating in process reviews
Provide input for potential process improvements
Support in change management
Will be hands-on in the site roll-out
Ensures that local processes fit the global processes
Understands how to track the processes
Defines and tests business scenarios in their track(s)
Supports and trains local users in D365
Will become the factory’s experts in D365 for various functions
Drives the local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex)
Ensures all items in scope are marked and categorized in the legacy system
Extracts data in scope from the legacy system
Ensures coherence in the data extracts
Coordinates activities across sites after go-live
Governs and implements new processes after deployment
Super-user/point of contact for the processes after the site has gone live
Interface group to the Local Steering Committee
Owners of the business /delivery process scenarios and responsible for the business scenario scope
Responsible for testing that the solution is acceptable
Responsible for local processes to fit OneERP Standard and local legal requirements
Responsible for securing that locally owned gaps are closed
Support end users in the change management
Responsible for the process/function benefit realization post roll-out

Requirements:

B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical) with 5+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of various functions, sourcing and procurement, budgeting, and Alfa Laval / Operations concepts and strategies
Domain knowledge of business processes and best practice in the sourcing and procurement functional area
Communication & collaboration skills to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users
Leadership & influence to advocate for D365 and analyze problems
Technical proficiency in using D365
Continuous learning mindset
Attention to detail for configuring system settings and testing
Exposure to small / medium / large scale program implementation preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in change management related to IT transformation
Positive attitude
Execution of critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Good presentation and communication skills
Teamwork and team motivation

Stress-tolerant

Management control (multi-tasking)
Awareness of or exposure to D365 / ERP implementation will be preferred
