Do you want to be part of a key milestone in our Digital Transformation journey – the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across the organization? Here's an exciting opportunity for you in Export function - We are looking for a proactive D365 Key User for Export Function who would be an important figure in supporting the Export function of business for implementation of D365. Alfa Laval India has multiple businesses exporting out of India. This position works with ERP team to ensure right process for each of these businesses: FOS, E&S, Factories, GITDC, other hosted resources etc. This person will ensure all compliances in the process are appropriately addressed and all aspects required for availing export benefits are taken care of. The incumbent will work closely with each business to ensure processes feeding into invoicing are covering all required aspects as well as appropriate documentation is generated and appropriately maintained. The person will also be responsible for UAT: to test various export scenarios in D365.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to ERP design with respect to export compliance, documentations, data flow and ensure correctness in line with rules and regulations and compliances
  • Ensure appropriate documentations to avail all export benefits
  • Analyze different export scenarios of “as is” process and define “to be” process in D365 for E&S Project exports, GMU factory exports, Export from Distribution Centre, Export invoicing for services like engineering services hours booking, other hosted resources etc
  • Collaborate with cross functional team in export supply chain, IT, export order handlers, logistics team of operations of all factories, warehouse whenever required in the process of generating desired data and documents out of D365 ERP as per requirement of the business
  • Evaluate and design required templates of various documents such as Invoice, packaging list, delivery, etc having local and international compliances rules and regulations
  • Give value addition by defining logic to arrive various exports documents, reports and data
  • Testing of each scenario by running end to end process flow giving feedback to IT and ensure getting the results as expected with correct data
  • UAT: intensive testing and validating of all export documents generated out of ERP should meet compliances both local as well international and as per requirements of Export benefits, drawback, GST credits and other benefits out of exports
  • Train the users
  • Drive process changes and improvements required to adapt to D365 environment

Requirements

  • Graduate with 5+ years of experience in export operations
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience working with ERP systems in an export environment (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Good understanding of local and international regulations, including export controls
  • Experience in handling various export scenarios specific to corporates
  • Ability to manage cross-functional coordination for export-related data and documentation
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive for execution and delivery
