Job Description

Ensure, manage and monitor all the post order activities for the critical supplies assigned, to ensure the achievement of the results in terms of safety, schedule, quality and budget defined by the Project Team, in strict coordination with the Post Order Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure, manage and monitor all the post order activities for the critical supplies assigned, to ensure the achievement of the results in terms of safety, schedule, quality and budget defined by the Project Team, in strict coordination with the Post Order Manager
  • Represent the Company towards such Vendor
  • Be the focal point for all the post order activities for the assigned orders
  • Responsible of the management of the contractual aspects and the multidisciplinary coordination of the Purchase Order with the Vendor, taking into account the engineering, procurement, manufacturing and erection activities, in coordination with the Project Procurement Manager and the Post Order Manager
  • Operates in strict coordination with Purchasing Materials Department, the Discipline Leader relevant to the captioned Supply, the Project Engineering Manager, the Project Control Manager, the Project Contract Manager and the Site Manager assuring uniformity with the other parts of the project, in compliance with contractual requirements in terms of costs, time and quality of the supplies, following the instruction of PD/PM and Project Procurement Manager

Requirements

  • University Degree/ Diploma or relevant field
  • At least 18 years of relevant experience in construction of large oil & gas plants/EPC projects
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, management skills
  • Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
