Job Description:

Repton Preparatory School are looking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Key Stage One Teacher, who is an outstanding classroom practitioner with the skills and experience to deliver first class teaching and outcomes for our pupils. The role is required from April 2026 to cover maternity leave and we invite applications from both experienced teachers and those that may be new to the profession.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teach in Key Stage One
  • Work as part of the wider Pre-Prep and whole school team
  • Teach a Year 2 class for 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Requirements:

  • Outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Skills and experience to deliver first class teaching and outcomes for pupils
  • Willingness to be involved in all aspects of day-to-day life in a busy boarding prep school
  • Involved in close pastoral care of pupils
