Job Description:

Randstad Education is committed to connecting passionate educators with fulfilling career opportunities across the Dunmow area to hire QTS teachers for Upper Key Stage 2 children. The children are encouraged to be independent and responsible, which leads them to develop self-confidence and respect for the opinions of others.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 Curriculum
Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment conducive to student growth and development
Assessing pupils' learning and providing constructive feedback
Working collaboratively with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SLT
Adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
Communicating effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:

QTS (Qualified teacher status) is essential
Relevant qualifications (PGCE or similar)
Knowledge of Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum
Previous teaching experience in the UK is required
Immediate starts available
Enhanced DBS on the update service
