Job Responsibility

Deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Inspire and motivate pupils, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all learners
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to support pupil progress and wellbeing

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally KS2
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies
A creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Ability to provide two recent education-based references
