Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Inspire and motivate pupils, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning
  • Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all learners
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders to support pupil progress and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting, ideally KS2
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies
  • A creative, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Ability to provide two recent education-based references
