Key Stage 1 Teacher

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their potential
• Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a culture of respect and learning
• Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress and well-being

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for teaching young children and helping them succeed
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
