Job Description:

As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between EYFS and the lower juniors. You will lead a classroom where phonics, early mathematics, and a love for reading are at the heart of the school day. You will be part of a team that ensures no child is left behind, using data-driven interventions and high-quality first teaching.

Requirements:

QTS and a proven track record (or potential) for 'Outstanding' teaching in Key Stage 1
Expertise in Phonics: Deep knowledge of systematic synthetic phonics (e.g., Read Write Inc.)
Adaptability: The ability to differentiate effectively for a diverse range of needs and EAL learners
Energy: A positive, 'can-do' attitude that inspires 5 to 7-year-olds to love coming to school every day
