Key Retailers Account Manager

• Be able to gain industry insights, build deep customer relationships and manage operational excellence at selling and sourcing products with minimum supervision
• Identify business opportunities, through understanding product, flavor, quality, market dynamic and after sales service to achieve profitable growth with customer
• Manage customer interactions in a professional manner, build strong customer relationships and stickiness
• Visit customer frequently and deliver the customer voice to relevant function team timely
• Working customer-oriented, work with internal functions and product team to fully support customer development in China market
• Monitor competitive activity in the market and update the company on competitor information
• Develop key insights into the market and provide market views and reports on a regular basis

• Minimum university graduation with at least 6-10 years of work experience of Sales in food or FMCG
• Have a proven record and experience of managing customer base & key accounts
• Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills
• Strong business acumen
• Demonstration hands-on ability
• Food ingredients sales experience is a must
• Sourcing and vendor management is preferred
• Good sales acumen and relationship management skills
• Effective communication skills (Fluent Mandarin and English)
