Job Description

As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Warehouse and FLT you’ll join our busy, fast paced manufacturing site completing inventory, software and warehouse functions to ensure all deliveries are documented. Making sure our products are in the right location, you’ll ensure deliveries are distributed in full and on time to our customers. As well as completing operational tasks such as picking, loading and unloading different types of product, you'll support with moving and managing stock (using a forklift truck if required). You'll also complete related administration tasks and maintain a good working relationship between Manufacturing and Logistics. We’ll train you on a variety of tasks to make sure you’re ready to provide top quality products our customers love. Shift pattern: 38.5 hours a week, as an average from 2 weeks.

Requirements

  • May have previous manufacturing and food handling experience (however full training will be given if not)
  • Would enjoy working in a fast paced physical manufacturing environment distributing quality, food safe products for customers
  • Can use trained skills to support with moving and manage stock using a forklift truck if required
  • Feels comfortable working in a warehouse environment which can be dusty and noisy, with varied temperatures
  • Have the ability to perform a variety of physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling and stretching
