As Manufacturing Advisor in our Production team, you’ll work alongside our Team Managers to deliver the timely completion of all online system tasks. In addition, you’ll collect, record and analyse department performance data, quality measures and KPI’s and look for actions for improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead on displaying KPI data on performance boards, and driving productivity improvements that help the site to deliver a brilliant service to our customers
  • Complete Oracle reporting, and will analyse risk through compliance checks

Requirements:

  • In depth Oracle transacting, reporting and investigation methods
  • Knowledge of business improvement tools and processes to improve quality, increase output and reduce cost
  • Strong influencing skills and good coaching skills, able to transfer knowledge to managers
  • Excellent numerical skills and ability to analyse data to drive improvements
  • Extensive experience in stock management systems
