Can read, recall and trim to set standard specifications across multiple products and customers
Is able to work in a fast paced food manufacturing environment, which can be damp and wet with varying temperatures of 8 degrees and below
Can complete repetitive movement of hands, fingers and wrists for averaging 8-10 hours daily, complying with Health and Safety regulation
Has completed Food Safety Level 2 (desirable)
