Job Description:

Les Petites Etoiles is a bilingual nursery offering a curriculum based on the Early Years foundation stage, the Montessori method and the French framework. Our staff are kind, responsive and excellent role models for the children in our settings. Our Paddington branch is a lovely nursery located 5 minutes walking from the Paddington station with a warm and supportive staff. As a key person in waiting, you will be working across all rooms where ages range from 6 months to 4 years old - mostly based in baby room. You will support the room leaders and team within the rooms, giving you great experience as a practitioner and enhancing your development.

Requirements:

  • You will have at least 1 year experience in a nursery setting

  • Maximize C-Suite efficiency - off-load any and all possible errands, renewals, payments, and business/personal tasks so our leadership team has more time to focus on the business.
  • Remain in constant sync with calendars & schedules, ensure awareness of key work and personal commitments, and anticipate needs before they happen.
  • Coordinate logistics for quarterly board meetings, quarterly kickoff meetings, executive-level meetings, large in-office events, and other business/personal gatherings.
  • Book complete executive & family travel itineraries including flights, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and supporting activities.
  • Provide technical support to ensure all home and office systems (A/V, WiFi, security, etc.) are best-in-class and in working order.
