Job Description:

You will act as a senior member of the store team, supporting management in driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence. You will take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures and lead the team in the absence of management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead by example to deliver a world-class client experience in line with brand standards
  • Support daily operations including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and security procedures
  • Drive sales through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and confident styling advice
  • Support training and development of Sales Advisors to maintain high performance and service standards
  • Assist with stock management, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory counts
