Our Full-Time Key Holder is a leadership-support position perfect for someone with retail experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility. You’ll be a go-to leader on the floor, helping open/close the store and drive sales while repping the Oh Polly vibe.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing the store
Lead by example, supporting and motivating the wider team
Deliver outstanding customer service and on-trend styling advice
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is clean, organised, and brand-appropriate
Support store leadership in hitting sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
2+ years of retail experience
A confident, energetic, and fashion-obsessed individual
Excellent communication and time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
