Key College Work Placement, Employability and Enrichment Co-ordinator

This role is part of the YMCA Derbyshire Lifelong Learning offer. As part of the Key College team, your role will be to coordinate work experience, work-related activities and enrichments for learners. These opportunities will assist learners in developing employability skills, learning about workplace expectations, raise awareness of their career options, and enrich their cultural capital. A well as this key role you will also form part of the main administration team with a focus on learner recruitment and support.
