We are looking for a Key Clients Customer Service to join our team, whose goal is to provide excellent service to our customers who contact us. The role involves managing orders from receipt through to dispatch, maintaining constant communication with the customer.
Job Responsibility:
Management of back office operations, including order processing, delivery monitoring, after-sales service management, and master data maintenance
Cross-functional collaboration to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Contribution to the continuous improvement of business support processes, with full involvement in the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to after-sales service
Requirements:
Fluent professional English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to create solutions
Curiosity and proactivity
Ability to manage complex situations and work effectively in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce will be considered a plus
