This role focuses on driving B2B growth by building strong industry partnerships. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new leads to closing large-scale projects. Your goal is to provide expert consultation and high-quality service to ensure our brand remains the top choice for key industry players.
Job Responsibility:
Build and expand a network of industry partners to support long-term business strategies
Develop new business proposals based on market demand and strategic fit
Identify sales opportunities with house owners, architects, and interior designers
Use sales funnel tools to track the customer journey and drive conversion rates
Prepare professional materials like technical specifications and catalogues to close deals
Perform regular account analysis to monitor performance and service quality
Achieve sales and income targets while initiating corrective actions when necessary
Communicate regular sales reports and progress to the management team
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field
1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital analytics tools
Strong communication skills to manage relationships with a diverse client base
Experience in Building Materials or Property Development is a plus
