Are you a qualified Early Years professional with a heart for community-led education? We are looking for a motivated Key Carer to join an inclusive nursery school in Lancing, West Sussex. This is a permanent, full-time role offering the chance to work in a specialised, supportive environment where every child is treated as an individual.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading a Key Group: Planning, observing, and recording the progress of your assigned children
  • Creating Inspiring Spaces: Developing "fascinating environments" that spark curiosity and inquisitive minds
  • Parent Partnership: Acting as the primary liaison for families to encourage home-learning involvement
  • Collaborative Care: Working with Educational Psychologists and Health Professionals to support children with additional needs

Requirements:

  • EYS Level 3 Qualification

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with parents and external professionals
