Key Accounts Sales Negotiator - Public Sector. Are you commercially driven with great people skills? We’re looking for a proactive Key Accounts Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us grow and strengthen relationships with the Public Sector.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Key Account Managers and the wider sales team to achieve targets
Provide excellent customer service — by phone, email, and face-to-face when required
Prepare, maintain, and follow up on quotations using the Area Contracts Office (ACO) system
Maximise sales growth by promoting offers and optimising margins
Handle customer disputes with professionalism and efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers
Manage leads, track opportunities, and process sales orders accurately
Complete administrative tasks such as filing, raising purchase orders, and collating data for reporting
Support with stock checks and other operational tasks when required
Requirements:
A confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service is desirable
