  • Manage and grow high-value, strategic key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisors to senior stakeholders

  • Deliver accurate monthly sales forecasts, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and drive adoption of CRM best practices

  • Develop and work within strategies to grow business and deliver financial results: Volume, revenues, margins and operating income
  • Negotiate and finalize supply agreements, optimizing margins while ensuring alignment with companies value proposition
  • Collaborate with strategic marketing, product management, finance to lead implementation of pricing decisions within the region
  • Lead executive-level meetings and represent company at major industry conferences, trade shows, and events
  • Monitor market trends, customer strategies, and competitive dynamics to inform account strategies and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
  • At least 7 years' of B2B sales experience in Industrial Lubricants/ Chemical/HVAC/ Compressor Industry/ Specialty Fluids
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating supply agreements, and securing long-term specifications
  • Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
