Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
At least 7 years' of B2B sales experience in Industrial Lubricants/ Chemical/HVAC/ Compressor Industry/ Specialty Fluids
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic account plans, negotiating supply agreements, and securing long-term specifications
Strong techno-commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions
Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving results
