Job Responsibility:
Develop our KA IC Strategy and business by working closely in partnership with international customers, comprehending their requirements
Deliver performance over market trends by coordinating and leading negotiation with assigned customers
Understand the customer's short and long term strategic and financial objectives
Develop action plans based on customer & shopper insights (performance, trends, competition) to achieve business category targets
Plan and manage key account budgets to ensure that all resources are used in the most effective and efficient manner
Conduct regular customer business reviews
Drive the implementation and the embedding of customer P&L usage/customer/channels
Establish margin, promotions, terms, and conditions efficiently and effectively
Increase product incidence in customers
Design & execute successful marketing campaigns in collaboration with other functions
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of similar experience in FMCG
Proven experience in Out of Home channel (Key Accounts / E-Comm knowledge)
Effective skills of financial reasoning & data analysis
Proven abilities to build effective x-functional relationships and customer loyalty
