The Key Account Manager shall be responsible for developing/building a regional network of employers, government officials, political offices and institutions in their respective regions.
Job Responsibility:

Work with Government officials/regional administration, Political entities, Employers, Institutions
Sound, long term and respectful relationship with stakeholders
Meeting placement goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with key district officials and department heads
Develop direct relationship with larger corporate employers
Collaboration with HR departments during the organization programs’ skilling and training process
Collaborate with district officials to co-host career fairs, workshops, and seminars
Identify, map, and build long-term relationships with target institutions such as schools, colleges
Develop and implement outreach plans
Ensuring effective implementation of the program in the institution
Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach activities with overall program metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
