Job Responsibility
Client Engagement: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing accounts through regular meetings, product demonstrations, and in-service presentations
Sales Strategy: Evaluate market potential within your assigned territory, identify new business opportunities, and execute strategies to increase sales volume and profitability
Technical Support: Prepare customized drawings for clients requiring specialized kits or manifolds and act as a primary point of contact for resolving manufacturing or delivery inquiries
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and share valuable customer feedback for future product innovation
Account Management: Generate purchase orders, follow up on accounts receivable, and maintain healthy product mixes and pricing at key accounts
Strategic Planning: Conduct due diligence in appointing distributors, monitor competitor activity, and participate in sales training and planning meetings to stay ahead of the curve
Reporting: Document sales results, territory coverage, and market insights through regular reporting to leadership
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales-driven role, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex product benefits to clinicians
Analytical mindset capable of evaluating market landscapes and managing territory profitability
Proficiency in sales documentation, contract pricing, and account management
Ability to work independently as a self-starter while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment
