Job Description

This apprenticeship puts you right at the heart of BSS's National Key Accounts Team, working with some of our biggest customers and learning the commercial skills that are genuinely hard to find in the industry. This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You'll be supporting the Key Accounts Team across a range of tasks that give you real commercial exposure. More than anything, we want someone with the right mindset. If you're ambitious, curious about how business really works, and ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Stepping in to support the internal sales team when cover is needed
  • Managing backorder reports, coordinating between customers, branches, and suppliers
  • Helping customers with admin queries including proof of delivery, invoice issues, and delivery enquiries
  • Supporting with contract queries and margin questions
  • Maintaining accurate project records for Key Accounts in Saleshub
  • Enrolling onto and completing an apprenticeship LEAP course as part of your development
