Job Responsibility
Supporting the internal sales team when cover is needed
Managing backorder reports, coordinating between customers, branches, and suppliers
Helping customers with admin queries including proof of delivery, invoice issues, and delivery enquiries
Supporting with contract queries and margin questions
Maintaining accurate project records for Key Accounts in Saleshub
Completing an apprenticeship LEAP course as part of your development
Requirements
Communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
Take initiative but also know when to collaborate
Are genuinely eager to learn and build a career
IT skills and a head for spreadsheets would be useful
Any background in a commercial or customer-facing environment is a bonus
