Job Responsibility:
Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and lead generation
Develop and sell sponsorship assets, hospitality packages, digital media, and experiential activations
Research and identify new partnership opportunities in regional and national markets
Create customized presentations, proposals, and term sheets for clients
Support contract management and sales activity tracking within CRM systems
Report on sales execution and revenue targets to the executive team
Requirements:
BA/BS degree (four-year)
Proven sales record, consistently exceeding goals
Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel) proficiency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with CRM systems
Nice to have:
Experience in sponsorship, exhibitor, or VIP hospitality sales within sports or entertainment
Existing relationships with marketing agencies, brands, or client contacts
Track record of developing and maintaining partnerships with marketing personnel
