Job Responsibility:
handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email from existing national customers
building up friendly relationships by giving great customer service
asking the right questions to ensure the smooth supply of products to some of the country’s largest projects
working closely with our branch network
ensuring supplier deliveries are booked onto the system
manage deliveries to the project
customer queries are dealt with efficiently making sure customer orders are delivered on time and in full
