Job Responsibility:
Handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email from existing national customers
Building friendly relationships by giving great customer service
Asking the right questions to ensure smooth supply of products to large projects
Working closely with branch network
Ensuring supplier deliveries are booked onto the system
Managing deliveries to the project
Dealing with customer queries efficiently
Ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full
