Job Responsibility:

  • Handling customer orders and enquiries by phone and email from existing national customers
  • Building friendly relationships by giving great customer service
  • Asking the right questions to ensure smooth supply of products to large projects
  • Working closely with branch network
  • Ensuring supplier deliveries are booked onto the system
  • Managing deliveries to the project
  • Dealing with customer queries efficiently
  • Ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full
