We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis in New Delhi, India. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in modern trade sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve key account objectives within the modern trade channel
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet them
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a strong focus on Modern Trade sales
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve sales targets
Excellent understanding of the Indian retail and modern trade landscape
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
