Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis in New Delhi, India. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in modern trade sales and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve key account objectives within the modern trade channel
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products and services can meet them
  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to key accounts
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a strong focus on Modern Trade sales
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent understanding of the Indian retail and modern trade landscape
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi Municipal Council, Delhi, 110055
