Job Responsibility:
Develop and grow a portfolio of key London-based On-Trade groups, delivering sustainable volume and value growth across priority brands
Take ownership of Joint Business Planning, building and negotiating impactful agreements
Identify opportunities to grow distribution, increase visibility, and accelerate rate of sale across your accounts
Manage P&Ls, forecast performance, and deliver against key KPIs
Collaborate closely with customers to execute engaging, commercially effective activations
Present growth plans to major hospitality groups
Work with operators to bring a brand campaign to life in venue
Requirements:
Strong On-Trade experience, particularly within London’s Multiple Retail Groups
Analytically minded, comfortable working with data and translating insight into action
Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
Proactive, resilient, and full of energy
Motivated by delivering results
