We are looking for a driven and passionate Key Account Manager for a 12 months parental leave cover to join our team based at our Stockholm office, with an on-site presence. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing their own portfolio of agencies and clients, and for driving revenue across our content partners. Podcasting is now a mainstream, reach-driving media channel, making the opportunity both large and exciting. Our ad tech is best in class, advertisers are increasingly investing in podcasting, and our premium content partners continue to grow rapidly. Job Responsibility:
You will be responsible for your own portfolio and grow revenue
You have a strategic business mindset and are passionate about developing our clients’ business
You will sell audio ads, sponsorship, and branded content
You will work closely with the content team to understand commercial opportunities
You will liaise with our UK, US and Australian offices
You will play an active role in all parts of the business - content, marketing, finance, and strategy
You will write and create media proposals in excel, google slides and keynote
You will be responsible for post-sales reporting and up-selling
Requirements:
An agile, fast-moving seller with a proven track record of driving revenue
Confident in presenting, pitching and building strong commercial relationships
A strong interest in brand storytelling and advertising
Able to deliver results in a structured, timely and precise way
An “anything is possible” mindset and a genuine love for pitching and closing deals
Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
Experience from fast-paced, revenue-driven media environments such as podcasting, radio, music streaming, video or digital publishing is highly valued
A belief in long-term customer relationships and partnership-based selling
