You will be part of a commercial team managing client relationships and new business developments activities in the region.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and further develop our customer portfolio in the region
Manage and coordinate all commercial and contractual aspects between Avaloq and its customers
Master the upselling process for products and services
Ensure compliance with the various contracts
Oversee financials
Handle operational business
Foster fruitful collaboration
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key stakeholders of highly complex accounts
Build up in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business, build up and maintain a network within the customer on various levels
Identify the major decision-makers and maintain relationship
Coordinate inside Avaloq the different functions serving the customer
Act as the central point of coordination for On-Premise and SaaS solution delivery
Ensure consistent communication to each of the client stakeholders as first point of contact and serve as escalation point and primary interface for all products and services
Conduct user and customer satisfaction surveys
Manage commercial discussions, handle contract negotiations and billing/ invoicing control
Ensure projects follow-up with the client
Increase actively the share of wallet by promoting Avaloq products and services and identifying opportunities
Ensure opportunity management and customer account plans are updated regularly in Avaloq’s CRM
Requirements:
At least 8-12 years of relevant sales experience up-selling to Banks, preferably in software and/or wealth management products in both On-Premise and SaaS Models
Experience in several banking domains
Bachelor's/Masters’ from a recognized institute, preferably specializing in Business / Banking / Computer Science related disciplines
Prior experience in managing and selling banking software packages
Strong in creating trustworthy long-term relationships with demanding stakeholders in situations of conflicting interests
Savvy in networking
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Ability to maximize customer value and embrace intrapreneurship
Strong in communication, presentation and conflict management skills
Capable in generating trust and manage resources effectively
Process competence and adherence Demonstrate proficiency in organizational processes and adherence to defined procedures
Prior work experience in South East Asia markets
Nice to have:
Knowledge and experience in the wealth management industry
Experience in selling large IT and business outsourcing / operations engagement
