The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with key retail customers in the Czech Republic. This role drives sustainable and profitable growth by translating Unilever’s brand and category strategies into strong customer plans and flawless execution. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned key retail customers
Define and execute customer strategies aligned with Unilever’s commercial objectives
Lead customer negotiations on sales targets, pricing, promotions, and investments
Delivery sales, volume, distribution, and profitability targets
Develop and implement customer-specific promotional and activation plans
Ensure successful listing and launch of new products
Monitor performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales (FMCG preferred)
Higher education, preferably in Sales/Marketing
Czech – fluent, English – advanced
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
