We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support with the management and delivery of the commercial growth objectives across our business. You will own the strategic relationship for a key group of Industry Sector focussed multi-site key accounts with spend of multiple £ms and be accountable for the success of these, alongside the development of additional revenue streams with these customers.
Job Responsibility:
Full commercial responsibility for the retention, revenue and margin performance of your designated customer portfolio, promoting a partnership approach and ensuring there is a shared strategy for success
Manage multiple assignments/projects in a complex, fast paced B2B business environment
Responsible for presenting winning strategic proposals to and managing tender cycles and planning for all bid responses
Manage and positively influence customer growth strategies. Be accountable for the success of your portfolio to deliver the growth objectives and business SLA’s
Work closely with all operational colleagues to ensure CitySprint delivers consistent and exceptional account management, delivery and customer service in line with business SLA’s
