Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to support with the management and delivery of the commercial growth objectives across our business. You will own the strategic relationship for a key group of Industry Sector focussed multi-site key accounts with spend of multiple £ms and be accountable for the success of these, alongside the development of additional revenue streams with these customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Full commercial responsibility for the retention, revenue and margin performance of your designated customer portfolio, promoting a partnership approach and ensuring there is a shared strategy for success
  • Manage multiple assignments/projects in a complex, fast paced B2B business environment
  • Responsible for presenting winning strategic proposals to and managing tender cycles and planning for all bid responses
  • Manage and positively influence customer growth strategies. Be accountable for the success of your portfolio to deliver the growth objectives and business SLA’s
  • Work closely with all operational colleagues to ensure CitySprint delivers consistent and exceptional account management, delivery and customer service in line with business SLA’s

Requirements

  • Proven successful Account Management and revenue growth of customer portfolio with budgets of multiple £ms
  • Proven ability to successfully negotiate logistic contracts, alongside successful price increase negotiation techniques
  • Proven proficiency of creating, analysing and disseminating clear and concise financial reports with commercial context
  • Proven success in client implementation programmes and client exit management preserving a positive corporate reputation
  • Ability to identify key data sources and analyse data effectively to improve operational and margin performance or to support business decision
  • Proven success in delivering margin/revenue growth in line with business strategy
  • All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
