Key Account Manager - a great opportunity has arisen to join a well known luxury tour operator based in London. They are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage existing a new accounts across the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships to develop and grow key agency accounts
Drive commercial activity by way of visits, calls, educationals, co-marketing
Identify new areas of business and opportunities to increase sales
Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce and internal systems
Negotiate contracts & commission structures with the Head of Sales
UK and overseas trips to visit customers and resorts
Requirements:
Relevant experience within the travel industry
Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills
Confident communicator with a results driven mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs and Salesforce would be an advantage
Ability to travel both within the UK and overseas
Knowledge of UK, Ireland and Scandinavian markets
Nice to have:
